Call Centres
For Red Nose Day and Sport Relief we rely on call centres up and down the country to handle the calls from the massive numbers of generous people who call up to donate.
On the night of Red Nose Day 2007, 138 call centres - including 21,000 volunteers - took £18.5 million in donations - helping to make it one of the biggest Red Nose Days ever!
To put it simply, we just couldn't do what we do without the incredible support of so many wonderful call centres across the land. Not only do call centre staff volunteer their time to handle the huge volume of calls, they also raise money themselves by getting up to all sorts of shenanigans!
