Second time around and great fun!
Fusion Contact Centre Services, part of the Budget Group of Companies, took 3,595 calls for Comic Relief, collecting £120,600 in donations. More than 150 staff, along with their friends and families, volunteered to handle the 70 phone lines at Fusion’s contact centre in Peterborough. This was the second time that we had taken calls for Comic Relief.
Lesley Price said: “We were delighted to support Comic Relief again this year. The evening was great fun. We had big screens up to watch the television programme and made regular announcements of the amount raised, as well as giving out spot prizes for first call taken, large donations received and so on. It was great to see so many staff and their friends and families giving their time to help out on the night, and doing their bit to help raise money for such a worthwhile cause.”
