Keepie uppies in Dunfermline!
We took donation calls from the public from 6.30pm to Midnight . 4377 calls came into the call centre and the Grand Total from our donations was £157,608.41. This made the average donation a very impressive £36!
We had someone doing free massages, a magician, balloon artist and the Dunfermline FC Sammy the Tammy to keep everyone entertained! They were all a big hit on the night with the balloon artist ALWAYS being busy ... poor guy!
An amazing chocolate fountain was donated to us which went down a storm! I have never seen anything go so fast! We also had 2 special guests on the night we had Scott from the Bank Of Scotland Keepie Uppies advert and Marie Clair McManus from Radio Kingdom FM who dropped in to wish us well! Fantastic!
To top it all we had a bath of beans for Team Managers and this raised some extra money for us to donate as well! All in it was one amazing night and we can’t wait for another 2 years to pass till we can do it all again!
