The Kent County Council Contact Centre was, for the 4th year running, one of the many Call Centres across the country taking donations for Sport Relief. We had 90 people on the phones taking donations from 7pm until midnight, with another 40 volunteers making sure the night went as smoothly as possible, ensuring on the phone volunteers were fed, watered and entertained with Space Hopper races around the centre. On the night, 2,743 donations were taken, which raised £86,410.03 for Sport Relief. The Contact Centre also organised a raffle in the Maidstone Offices. With a top prize of a DVD recorder, and with over 50 other prizes up for grabs, the Contact Centre raised £480 for Sport Relief.
