M&S Money

M&S Money engaged over 150 volunteers in our Sport Relief Call Centre on 19th March 2010.  This was our third year of supporting Comic Relief via our Call Centre.  All the planning and hard work of the support team paid off, and we handled over 2,100 calls totaling £67,728.04 in donations. A significant proportion of volunteers came from none customer facing areas of this business, and this was a great opportunity for them to have a go at something completely different.  Many volunteers enjoyed themselves so much that they stayed on longer than they had originally planned to!
