T-Mobile - Sunderland

“This was the best night we’ve ever had!” – a quote from a volunteer as she was leaving our centre after Sport Relief.  This quote sums it up!  We always have a great night, with cheering, shouting and general nonsense whilst fulfilling a role that is actually very important (we took payments totalling over £300,000 this year).  We had lots of volunteers taking calls in our 3 in-house contact centres – with people from our Retail stores, operational support teams, Customer Service Advisors and Operations Managers all joining in the fun!  In addition pupils from senior schools, local to our contact centre locations, also came in and participated in the fund raising activities. T-Mobile UK are proud to support Comic Relief each year and would recommend this to everyone!
