Community One Stop Shop
Community One Stop Shop is a local advice, support and advocacy service based in the Broomhouse area of Edinburgh where many people are experiencing deprivation and poverty. Comic Relief is supporting them to help local people tackle issues which have an adverse effect on their lives – such as poor health, low incomes, no job opportunities, bad housing conditions and few chances to make positive changes to their lives. This project is a great source of advice and support for the local community and is helping people to turn their lives around.
