Hibiscus Association
Hibiscus Association is a carer's support project providing structured activities, information and a social outlet for older carers of Caribbean origin in Leeds. Comic Relief is supporting them to run a 5-month programme of activities that helps older carers to reconnect with the community and reduce the isolation and loneliness they experience.
