After his parents died, 14-year old Samson ended up living on the streets of Kisumu, Kenya. Samson had to search for food in bins and spent most nights sleeping on the cold streets. Living in such poverty meant going to school was out of the question. But, thanks to help from a Comic Relief funded project which offers support to street children, Samson is now healthy and going to school. Getting an education can help him get a job which will lift him out of grinding poverty and give Samson hope for a brighter future.
