Autoglass - Bedford

Autoglass in Bedford hosted a Comic Relief call centre, the only one in East Anglia this time. The team of 120 volunteers including senior management and Hero technicians, Gavin and Isi, took all 3,300 donation calls received, totalling approximately £120,000 with the biggest reported donation, an amazing £3,000!

Bill Kalyan, head of Autoglass®’ customer contact centre commented: “Our centre was buzzing from start to finish with our dedicated team having great fun for a great cause. It was magnificent to see so many faces from across the business involved and we’re thrilled to be a part of this record-breaking telethon event.
