Conduit - Cardiff

We at Conduit took a massive £141,000 in Comic Relief donations calls on the evening of the 18th March, beating last year’s total by over £20,000. Over 100 volunteers from across our staff base manned the 100 phone lines at our head office, Hodge House in Cardiff taking 3,500 calls. We were kindly supported throughout the evening by volunteers from other local employers including; Draig Personnel, Marriot Hotels, Working Word, Reed and Red Recruitment to name a few. A good night was had by all and Conduit itself managed to raise over £1000 through raffles, dress downs and cake stalls. Denis Creighton, European CEO at Conduit said: “At Conduit we take pride in our contribution to Comic Relief, which is testament to the generosity and commitment of our staff. In fact, for five years running we have offered our services to Comic Relief and are always inundated with offers of help from all members of the company. Demand for places often outweighs the seats we have available.”
