Over 150 staff gave up their time on a Friday night in March to help take the telephone donations for Red Nose Day.

Seven fantastic teams of volunteers worked through the evening as the phones rang off the hook!

The effort was co-ordinated by customer service adviser Giovanni Pollastrone. He commented “The first donation we took was for £400. That sent a buzz right around the floor, then, everyone just got straight into handling the thousands of calls that flooded in.
