EDF - Sunderland

Friday 18th March saw EDF Energy call centre in Sunderland host its 14th comic/sport relief event. We had almost 300 volunteers throughout the evening & 60 children to join in the fun. It was a great atmosphere with balloon modelling, tattoo & nail bar, craft corner, wii & more activities to entertain the kids, while the adults handled 2,750 calls totalling £108,669. A great night was had by all.

This followed a day of fundraising by staff totalling £2,500 the money was raised by leg waxing, bake sales, aerobics sessions, wacky hair salon and fairground games.
