NHSBSA - Newcastle

The NHS Business Services Authority had its first experience of being an official call centre for Comic Relief. From 6.45 p.m to midnight, 118 volunteers from different NHSBSA departments staffed the phone lines, taking calls from across the UK. We took a fantastic £92,593 in donations; the largest single donation was £1,250!

A small Trolley Dolly army of friends and family were on hand with lots of scrummy treats to keep energy levels up. Spot prizes and quizzes added extra fun to the night. Everyone had a thoroughly good time whilst taking and raising money for Comic Relief.
