O2 - Glasgow

Once again O2 was very proud to be involved in supporting donation lines. 280 volunteers across our Bury and Glasgow contact centres took 5,502 calls throughout the night. Between the two centres we took an amazing £179,593.36 from donation calls from the public.

A great time was had by all in our Glasgow centre with volunteers taking calls for five hours on the night, with the on-site total reaching £72,871.26 in just five hours. There was great competition between the volunteers with prizes being awarded for receiving large donations.

People from retail and non-customer facing roles all took part in taking donations from the public with the highest donation taken coming in at £1010 and many others competing to take high donations to be in with a chance of winning some great prizes.

We’re looking forward to helping next year already.
