QVC Knowsley - Liverpool

Over 70 QVC employees volunteered for our Comic Relief Call Centre in Knowsley on Friday 18 March 2011. The team included 30 people from non-customer facing areas of the company, including staff from IT, who made sure everything technical ran smoothly on the night – we couldn’t have done it without them!

The turnout was a fantastic indicator of people’s willingness to donate their time to such a worthwhile cause and the centre took a huge number of calls on the night resulting in £80,000 of donations.
