Siemens - Durham

The SIS Service Desk in Durham was part of the RND for the first time this year. From 7.00 till 12.00 around 120 SIS employees volunteered to staff the phones, along with supporters who had the important task of keeping the refreshments coming!

A highlight of the evening was having the SIS Managing Director, Clark MacFarlane, man the phones whilst one of his executive team became his team leader for the evening. Various events were held to raise funds, including signed England ruby balls, waxing and eyebrow tinting. Over £57,000 in donations was taken during the evening, with the largest being £2K.
