Sensory Trust will be supporting people with dementia and their carers by running five outdoor activity clubs. 12 club members will act as ambassadors and help to set up five more clubs in Devon and Cornwall in the UK.

Through these clubs, people with dementia get exercise in the fresh air, enjoying nature-based activities such as gardening and ceramics, meeting up with other people and contributing to the running of the club. All of these things improve their health and well-being.
