It’s game on!

Now you’ve registered for your Lap of Hope, it’s time to get planning.

  1. Set a date, a distance and a suggested donation It’s up to you when, how and where you do your Lap of Hope. You can also suggest a donation amount to pupils who’d like to take part. How about making it the grand finale at sports day, with collection buckets for the crowd?

  2. Spread the word Download posters to print and put up around the school. Don’t forget to shout about it on social media too, by looping us in at @comicreliefsch

  3. Write your pledges and go, go, go Download pledge cards and print them out for your pupils to fill in, for instance ‘I’m running for kindness across the Commonwealth’. Then, pin them to your tops and head to the start line.

We’ve also put together a set of free lesson plans and learning resources for KS1, KS2 and KS3 to help your pupils explore the Commonwealth and their place within it.
