Here at Comic Relief we know that stress comes in many different shapes and sizes, so this week we’re sharing real life stories from the people we work with.  We want to encourage everyone to talk about mental health to help break down the silence and isolation that many people experience.

Nadiya Hussain

Bake Off winner and TV presenter Nadiya shares her struggle of dealing, being diagnosed and living with panic disorder.

Jamie

Jamie shares his experience of being diagnosed with ADHD as a child, and turning to drugs and alcohol as an adult in an attempt to combat anxiety and depression.

Katherine

After being bereaved by suicide, Katherine began isolating herself and was unable to express how she felt, until she sought help from The Tomorrow Project who gave her the support and guidance she needed.

Jordan

Jordan witnessed a traumatic incident and consequently suffered from stress and anxiety. Drawing on his experience at the Good Lad Initiative he was able to let himself be vulnerable and talk through his feelings.
