OUR SUPER FUNDRAISERS

Chris cycled from Canterbury to Rome for Comic Relief and has raised £6,148.

“I came back having lost almost a stone in weight because of the physical exertion. Sometimes I pushed my bike up hills because they were so steep and long and I was so tired. However, I completed the journey with my bike- and clocked up 1280 miles or 2060 kms leaving Canterbury on 3rd May and arriving in Rome on 1st June.

It has reinforced my belief that most people in life are good and helpful and given the chance will carry out acts of kindness. It is an experience I shall treasure for a long time.”
