Please ensure you spell the keyword correctly and send your text message to the correct short code. If the keyword is spelt incorrectly you will receive a message to let you know that your entry has failed. The message Comic Relief send to you in this instance is not a confirmation message so, whilst you will be charged your standard network message charge, you will not be entered into the prize draw promotion and will not be donating to Comic Relief. If your text message is received outside the times and dates specified for the prize draw, you may not receive a bounce-back message but may still be charged your standard network message charge. You will receive a free bounce-back message regarding the donation each time, and if you wish to opt out of the donation you need to respond to each such message received from 61345 by texting the word CANCEL to 61345. If you try to enter into the prize draw more than four times a day, you will still be charged your standard network rate but will not be charged any donation to Comic Relief and the additional entries will not be accepted.
8. If you are entering via text, for most providers, the total charge (including both the text message charge and the donation amount, where applicable) will be shown on your bill. However, for Vodafone customers, separate charges will appear on the bill: one for the text message charge and another for the donation amount (where applicable). If you choose to donate £10 the full donation value will go entirely to support Comic Relief. Full terms for donations via text can be found here.
