1. The prize draw will be open at 10:00 on 19 March 2021 and close at 10:00 on 26 March 2021.

2. Entry to the prize draw is only by texting the keyword RIDE to short code 81155. Text messages will cost your standard network message charge (based on your service provider rates – please check with your provider). You will then receive a free bounce-back message from 62345 informing you that a voluntary donation of £10 to Comic Relief will be taken 60 minutes after the entry text was received, unless you reply to 62345 with the word CANCEL before 60 minutes has passed. If you don’t respond CANCEL to 62345 within those 60 minutes, you will then receive a text from 70210 confirming your donation and asking you if you’d like to make a Gift Aid declaration.

3. For the avoidance of doubt, opting out of the voluntary donation will not affect your entry into the prize draw.

4. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 or over, except staff members of Comic Relief (the organisation behind Red Nose Day), of BBC Group, Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. doing business as Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”), and their immediate family members, and/or persons living in the same households, or anyone connected with the prize draw. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested. For the avoidance of doubt, none of these individuals may partake in the prize as a guest of the winner (where applicable).

5. If your keyword or short code is invalid, or your text message is received outside the times and dates specified for the prize draw, you will not receive a bounce-back message but may still be charged your standard network message charge. You will not be donating to Comic Relief nor will you have entered the prize draw.

6. You may enter the prize draw a maximum of four times a day (midnight to midnight UK time). You will receive a free bounce-back message regarding the donation each time, and if you wish to opt out of the donation you need to respond to each such message received from 62345 by texting the word CANCEL to 62345. If you try to enter into the prize draw more than four times a day, you will still be charged your standard network rate but will not be charged any donation to Comic Relief. Also note that pre-paid customers who are trying to donate £20 or £30 but have insufficient credit, may only be charged £10 or £20 (as applicable).

7. There is only ONE prize available to be won:

Live Nation Free Prize Draw for Red Nose Day Text to Win Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw will be open at 10:00 UK time on 19 March 2021 and close at 00:00 (midnight) UK time on 20 March 2021.

2. Entry to the prize draw is only by texting the keyword LIVE to short code 81155.

3. For the avoidance of doubt, opting out of the voluntary donation and/or the Gift Aid declaration will not affect your entry into the prize draw.

4. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 or over, except staff members of Comic Relief (the organisation behind Red Nose Day), of BBC Group, of any of the prize providers, and their close relatives, or anyone connected with the prize draw. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested. For the avoidance of doubt, none of these individuals may partake in the prize as a guest of the winner (where applicable).

5. Please ensure you spell the keyword correctly and send your text message to the correct short code, however, if we, acting reasonably believe you are trying to enter, we will still accept the entry even if you entered the keyword incorrectly. Alternatively, we may instead send you a message to let you know that your entry has failed. The message we send to you in this instance is not a confirmation message so, whilst you will be charged your standard network message charge, you will not be entered into the competition and will not be donating to Comic Relief.  If your text message is received outside the times and dates specified for the prize draw, you will not receive a bounce-back message but may still be charged your standard network message charge. You will not be donating to Comic Relief nor will you have entered the prize draw. You will not have been added to any marketing databases if we send you a follow up text unless you have expressly requested to be.

 6. You may enter the prize draw a maximum of four times a day (between 10:00 to 00:00 (midnight) UK time).

- Two best available / day tickets each month for 12 months to Live Nation promoted events of your choice in the UK, taking place from 1 August 2021 to 31 July 2022 (a maximum of 12 events in this 12 month period and subject to availability).

The winner must notify Live Nation (details to be provided by Comic Relief) of the events they wish to attend at least 28 days prior to the event. Live Nation will consider reasonable requests for flexibility (for example attending two events in March, rather than one event in February and one event in March), provided that at all times the maximum number of events attended between 1 August 2021 to 31 July 2022 does not exceed 12. Tickets are subject to availability and Live Nation shall use reasonable endeavours to grant access to the event of the winner's choice. If for any reason tickets are not available for an event of the winner's choosing, alternative events will be suggested. Tickets to festival events are limited to two day passes per festival (one day pass per person). If the winner can no longer attend an event, they must notify Live Nation at least 72 hours in advance of the event, otherwise the tickets to that event may be forfeited.  Use of the tickets is subject to the relevant ticket terms and conditions and terms of entry in force at the applicable venue.

8. The winner will be selected using an independent randomised draw system on 20 March 2021 and Comic Relief will attempt to contact them by phone, on the number used for entry, to notify them of their win. If the winner does not answer after Comic Relief’s reasonable attempts to contact them (meaning 4 calls per day over two days) Comic Relief will move on to contact the next eligible winner.

9. For the avoidance of doubt, unless specified above or otherwise agreed in writing, the winner is responsible for all arrangements and costs required to access the prize including but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs, and no other costs or expenses will be covered by Comic Relief, the BBC, or any of the prize providers.

10. Any accessibility for the winner or their guests need to be disclosed to Comic Relief within two weeks from notification of the win. The winner and their guest may need to adhere to Health & Safety requirements imposed by Comic Relief, Live Nation or any venue associated with the prize as well as the relevant ticket terms and conditions and terms of entry in force at the applicable venue.

11. Comic Relief and the BBC’s announcement as to who the winner is, is final. No correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into. The prizes are as stated. There is no cash alternative and the prizes cannot be sold or transferred for value in any circumstances. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the winner may transfer the prize to family members or friends in any month, provided the winner seeks Comic Relief’s prior written approval and details of any such transfer are given to Live Nation at the time Live Nation are notified of the event the winner wishes to attend in that month, as set out at clause 7 above.

12. The winner and their guests agree to take part in any reasonable post-prize draw publicity with Comic Relief if required.

13. Comic Relief must publish that a valid award took place. To comply with this requirement, Comic Relief will publish the surname and county of the winner and, if applicable, their winning entry on comicrelief.com on 26 March 2021. The BBC will also publish information on the winner on its website in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations.

If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Comic Relief by emailing us. For the avoidance of doubt, Comic Relief must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on their request.
