Comic Relief and British Airways have released a new star-studded pre-flight safety video to make passengers across the globe laugh whilst they take in those all-important safety messages.
The director’s cut* features some of Britain’s best-known faces who audition to be in with a chance of appearing in the video, but only if they impress our strict Director - star of People Just Do Nothing, Chabuddy G (Asim Chaudhry).
The celebrities facing Chabuddy’s critique are David Walliams, Joanna Lumley, Jourdan Dunn, Sir Michael Caine, Naomie Harris and Olivia Colman.
The humorous sketch, which launches on flights from July**, promotes Flying Start, the global charity partnership between British Airways and Comic Relief which has supported over half a million children across the UK and some of the world’s poorest communities since launching in 2010.
You can watch the full video at ba.com.
* The ‘director’s cut’ version of the safety video is an adapted version of the real British Airways inflight video.
** The video will first roll out across short-haul during July, then will roll out across long-haul from August 1
