Everything you need to know about this year's Red Noses

14th February 2019

It’s that time of year again. You can now find this year’s batch of Red Noses in Sainsbury's, Argos and Oxfam stores up and down the country as well as in our online shop(opens in new window). This year, they’re cuter and more collectable than ever – so let’s get to know them.

Meet the noses

Snufflekins

This crazy cat rules with an iron paw but is purrfectly soft underneath.

Honkus Ponkus

Hubble bubble, this little witch could spell trouble…

The Gnose

This wise old Nose will be totting up the total after all the fundraising fun. But with only six toes to count on it could be a challenge.

Hairy Nostroll

He snuffles, snorts and sniffles. All the time. Nobody understands him, but we love him cos he’s cute.

Nosediva

The best swimmer of the lot, this nose belts out songs like a diva at the same time. These are extremely useful skills on the Isle of Silly.

Conk Jester

Snot snot. Who’s there? It’s this cheeky little Nose gathering donations for a joke-athon.

Wolfnose

Rock on, Wolfnose – this wild child rips up the dancefloor like a toddler on a sugar rush.

Schnoz III

Our (not so) brave knight, is doing a sponsored joust for Red Nose Day.

The Abominable Snoseman

This chilled-out giant is helping us out with a sponsored snowball fight

Hoppy Hooter

A rare species indeed, Hoppy is a new and highly collectable chap.

Transforminos

The rarest of all the noses, the Transformino twins have been designed by the winner of the Red Nose Design Challenge for schools.

You’ve got a 1 in 8,400 chance of finding the Transforminos. Will you be one of the lucky ones? Who Nose (sorry, couldn’t resist).

Each nose is packaged in its own special box, and once you’ve collected a few you can build a castle from the packaging.

We've also got a super cool Red Nose app that can bring your little Nose friend to life. Just download the app and scan the Nose on the bottom of the box.

You can buy them for just £1.25, so get yours today at in-store at Sainsbury’s, Oxfam or through our online shop(opens in new window).

You can also pre-order boxes of Red Noses to sell in school through our ‘pay a bit now and the rest later’ scheme(opens in new window).

We hope you hang on to your Red Nose as a collectable toy, but if you’d like to recycle it, pop along to a Sainsbury’s store and hand it over at the customer service desk.
