British Airways’ charity auction is music to our ears

12th May 2017

A trip to Australia to meet the Foo Fighters, a tour of the Deep South with Toploader’s Dan Hipgrave and tickets to the best festivals in 2012 are just some of the incredible prizes up for grabs in British Airways’ Greatest Ever Music Auction.

Best of all, it’s all in aid of Flying Start – British Airways and Comic Relief’s charity partnership which raises money to transform the lives of some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable children around the world.

Launched in July 2010, this fundraising partnership enables British Airways to raise money for Comic Relief all year round via on-board collections, a donation page at their website(opens in new window) and it gives customers the chance to donate at checkout when purchasing flights and holidays online.  British Airways colleagues also go to great lengths to support the partnership with fundraising activities taking place across the entire organisation.

To support the charity partnership and win some unbelievable prizes, Highlife, BA’s inflight magazine, is running this exclusive online music auction which is also giving people the chance to get their hands on a personalised Gibson guitar and a private piano lesson with music maestro Lang Lang.

Budding bidders better get in quick though – the charity auction closes on Wednesday 2nd November.
